How many sessions do I need?
It's really different for everyone, but you get to decide. More importantly, let's see if I'm a good fit. If I am the right fit after the first session, I recommend coming in weekly for the first few weeks.

The purpose of the first meeting is for us to get to know each other and figure out if I am the right fit. To me, relationship is key. If I give you bad vibes, you should go find someone else.
